- Bridge Solicitation Package Brief description of the scope of work: This project will include the fabrication and delivery F.O.B (freight on board) of a 4 girder (2' on center), glue laminated trail bridge, as per Forest Service Region 6 design standards. Girders are designed to be 8-3/4" wide by 43" deep and 66' long. The design ground snow load is 405 psf. This project will include an optional bid item for offloading the bridge materials from the transport vehicles and supporting and stacking the materials as per the manufacturer's recommendations.

- Address: Project location (material drop off location): The bridge will be delivered to a drop off location at the end of FS RD 8123. This location can be accessed via the following route: From Woodland, WA, continue traveling in an eastern direction along County Road 503 (passing thru Yale, WA). When this county road forks, at MP 32.7, continue straight onto County Spur Road 503, heading towards Cougar, WA. Travel this county spur road until approximately MP 35.7 and turn left onto FS RD 81. Continue on FS Rd 81 for approximately 11.1 miles, when the road forks, continue straight on FS Rd 8123 for approximately 1.1 miles. The last 1.1 miles of roadway is single lane and gravel surface. The bridge materials are expected to be delivered F.O.B. (freight on board); however, if the optional item to offload the materials from the transport vehicles is awarded, the contractor will also have to support and stack the materials as per the manufacturer's recommendations., Vancouver, Washington, 98682, United States
