- Product Specifications Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial service: CLIN 0001: MLM A40JPNEX_Boom lift Working height: 46 ft Platform Height: 40 ft Up & Over Height: 21 ft 6 in Platform Capacity: 500lbs Platform Size: 30 x 48 in Stowed height: 6 ft 5.75 in Stowed Length: 18 ft 1 in Horizontal reach: 22 ft 5 in Overall width: 4 ft 11 in Inside turning radius 2 wheel steer: 2 ft 10 in Weight with Jib Plus: 15,800 lbs Power: 48v DC Platform rotation: 180 degrees Tires: 22x7x12 non-marking. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. CLIN 0002: Airline to platform attachment. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL CLIN 0003: Platform work lights (2 ea lights with spare batteries and charger). BRAND NAME OR EQUAL CLIN 0004: Inward self-closing swing gate. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL CLIN 0005: Flashing amber beacon. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL CLIN 0006: Onsite operator training for 12 people (1 session of training for 12 people to be completed within 30 days of delivery). BRAND NAME OR EQUAL This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1R23B3191A005. Quotes will be evaluated and an award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price technically acceptable. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333924, Size Standard 750 Employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 7 EMS/FAB FABRICATION, 933 3RD AVENUE, BLDG 8130, DYESS AFB, TX 79607-1581.
