- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice A13-071, Treasury Fixed Income Data Requirement Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Description Content a. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. b. Solicitation A13-071 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. c. Set-Aside and NAICS Code: This acquisition is Unrestricted and open to all sources. The associated NAICS code is 518210. d. Description of Requirement and items: The Department of the Treasury, Office of Treasury Procurement Services intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to obtain current and historical daily prices, par amounts outstanding, and characteristics for all Treasury marketable securities to be used to compute Treasury yield curves and related statistics as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts under this RFP.
