- Description of Supplies/Services: The successful contractor shall provide multi-language international television programming services via satellite. See Attachment 1, Description of Requirement for details of international languages sought. The description of scope of services will be covered under the quote mark General quote mark paragraph of this synopsis. General: Contractor shall provide the services required for multi-language international television programming services via satellite. Contractor shall also provide the languages as outlined in Attachment 1.The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment and labor required to perform the required tasks below: 1. The contractor shall provide all requested languages and channels as described (see Attachment 1). 2. The contractor shall provide installation of any and all equipment necessary for satellite television programming capability. 3. The contractor shall ensure compliance with annual requirements for contractor data input into the Contractor Manpower Reporting System (https://cmra.army.mil). NOTE: The contractor must verify United States citizenship for personnel performing on-site maintenance and services on Presidio of Monterey, CA. Security Requirements: The contractor will integrate current AT/OPSEC and operational contract support and related Headquarters, Department of the Army as well as local command policy and procedures (Army Regulation 525-13, ATTP 4-10, ALARACT message 110/2011) and guidance contained therein. During Force Protection Conditions (FPCONs) Charlie or Delta, installation access may be severely limited. Access may resume when the FPCON level is reduced to Bravo or lower. This Request for Information (RFI) of potential sources is a required component of a complete and systematic process to evaluate interested parties in order to minimize cost both to potentially interested parties and the Government. A determination of the contract type, mechanism for procuring the service and possible set-aside status will not be made by the Government until the conclusion of market research. No proposals are being requested under this synopsis. In no way should it be construed as a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of a Request for Information. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 515210 and the size standard is $35.5M.
