- FDA-SOL-13-1123774 The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires basic maintenance and support of the Captiva EMC InputAccel Software Module or Equal To. This combined synopsis solicitation is issued as Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code and small business size standard for this acquisition is 541511. Quoters shall certify their quotes to be valid for 60 days. FDA will evaluate quotations on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. FDA anticipates that this contract will be firm fixed price. The following documents are contained in this RFQ: o Schedule of Pricing o Statement of Work o Clauses, Terms and Conditions o Instructions to Quoters o Award Determination Please review the documents carefully. Questions regarding these documents should be submitted to the Contract Specialist, in writing via email to Tzeleong.chang@fda.hhs.gov, no later than 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time, August 28, 2013. FDA will answer the questions it receives and send a complete list of questions and answers to all firms on FedBizOpps by September 02, 2013. FDA will not answer questions asked via telephone or submitted to any FDA official other than the Contract Specialist. Final quotes are due to the Contract Specialist no later than 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time, September 09, 2013.
