Description

The Internal Revenue Service will issue a solicitation to obtain Congressional Quarterly Subscription. Period of performance is October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. Services include Congressional Quarterly Weekly, Congressional Quarterly Schedules, Congressional Transcripts, Newsmaker Transcripts and Regulatory Transcripts, Congressional Quarterly Budget Tracker, Congressional Quarterly Custom Alerts, Congressional Quarterly Lsw Track, Congressional Bill Text & Bill Compare and Congressional Research Service Bill Digest. The procurement is an unrestricted set aside, NAICS code is 511120, and the small business standard is 500 employees. The procurement is for services which Government intends to acquire under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Potential sources who believe they can provide the services are invited to submit a request in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 12:00 p.m. on August 28, 2013 (Eastern Time). If no responses are received, an award will be made to the CQ-Roll Call, Incorporated.
