- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Per FAR 5.7, this notice is provided for information purposes only; therefore, FAR 5.203 does not apply. This project is resticted to the five previously selected MATOC contractors ONLY. These contractors and current contract numbers are: Lewaro-Butt JV; MOWA-Barlovento JV; FLW-TJC JV; SES Construction and Fuel Services; FutureNet Group; Contract Numbers W912QR-13-D-0019 through W912QR-13-D-0023. This project is for Repairs to the Peace Chapel, Building 2303, Ft. Campbell, KY. Plans, specifications, and site visit information are available for download at www.fbo.gov. Interested vendors list is also available at www.fbo.gov. The Corps of Engineers does not have a bidder/plan holders list.
