- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center-Cold Region Research and Engineering Laboratory (ERDC-CRREL) requires qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment, supplies, and facilities necessary to perform the installation and subsequent testing of the visualization, audio, and control equipment to be installed and integrated in the TSPIC Computation and Visualization Laboratory. A site visit will be required prior to submitting a bid. The completion date will be no later than 31 October 2013. This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W913E5-13-T-0007 will be issued on or about 9 September 2013 with a closing date on or about 13 September 2013. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC-CERL, Contracts Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005.
