This procurement is being conducted as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under NAICS code 517110, small business size standard 1500 employees The Saginaw VA Medical Center (VAMC), located at 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602, currently has the need for a contractor to provide installation and monthly service for high speed network data circuits at the following locations: oPMI Building, 4200 Fashion Square Blvd, Saginaw, MI oAleda E Lutz Health Annex, 4241 Barnard Rd, Saginaw, MI oOscoda CBOC, 5671 Skeel Ave, Oscoda, MI oAlpena CBOC, 180 N State Ave, Alpena, MI oClare CBOC, 11775 N Isabella Rd, Mt. Pleasant, MI oGrayling CBOC, 1680 Hartwick Pines Rd, Grayling, MI oGaylord CBOC, 806 S Otsego, Gaylord, MI oCheboygan CBOC, 14540 Mackinaw Hwy, Mackinaw City, MI oTraverse City CBOC, 3271 Racquet Club Dr, Traverse City, MI oCadillac CBOC, 1909 N Mitchell St, Cadillac, MI A minimum date rate of 500 Mega-bits per second (MBPS) is required for the Saginaw VAMC and 100 MBPS for the other locations. The anticipated period of performance of the contract is September 1, 2013 - August 31, 2014 with four (4) one-year option periods. It is anticipated the RFQ will be posted to FBO within the next fourteen (14) days. Interested bidders must have a valid/current registration at www.SAM.gov in order for their bid to be considered.
