- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SOLE SOURCE The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services contract for security system monitoring located at BLM Roseburg District Office, 777 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, Oregon 97471 as a sole source to Stanley Convergent Security Solutions NS, Inc., 55 Shuman Blvd, St. 900, Naperville, Illinois, 60563-8488 as the only responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1. Stanleys proprietary security components are currently installed in the Roseburg District Office Building. Stanley is the only source able to perform security monitoring of all security sensors and services systems fully and functionally. The performance period is from October 01, 2013 through September 30, 2018. The NAICS code is 561621 and the business size standard is $19. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by August 30, 2013 in order to be considered.
