Description

J&A The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to issue a delivery order against the existing Library of Congress/FEDLINK Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract #LC09D7012 with West Publishing Corporation for multiple copies of Coffee and Sale's Federal Securities Laws: Selected Statutes, Rules and Form, 2013 edition. The period of performance will be from date of award through 12 months. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, proposal, or quotation by August 28, 2013, 2:00 PM, and must be in writing, to the address listed within this notice. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.
