- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 177th Fighter Wing has an UNFUNDED requirement for a Judgmental Fire Arms Simulator (JFAS) 400 Langley Road, Egg Harbor Twp, NJ 08234. The contractor shall provide a fire arm simulator for the 177th FW SFS personnel to train on a full range of weapons and non-lethal weapons in a controlled training environment (Attached document shows an example of the required system components). The Contractor shall establish and maintain a written Quality Control Plan that assures that all work will conform to contract requirements. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511199-All Other Publishers.
