- FA4855-13-Q-0006, Distance Learning Administrator, Cannon AFB, NM This is a presolicitation notice with the intent to advertise for the Base Education and Training Office at Cannon AFB, NM. The work requires one Distance Learning Administrator to (1) schedule computer based training (CBT)courses for a structured classroom environment, (2)receive monthly training requirements from units, (3) verify availability of computer laboratories to support the requested training, (4) provide units with a final monthly training schedule, (5) receive names and other pertinent data of students from units scheduled to attend training, (6) brief students on course requirements and issue course materials, (7) monitor student's progress and assist students as needed with computer and software operation, and (8) troubleshoot any software related problems. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price, 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611710 with a size standard of $14M. The anticipated period of performance is one twelve-month base period and two twelve month option periods. This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition for Commercial Items and FAR Part 19 Small Business Program. This solicitation will be available by COB 23 August 2013. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for procurement as all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this website.
