- Sole source justification document. Solicitation for Telecommunications hardware/software support. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service utilizing FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedure), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation (M0026313T0034) is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is being solicited as a sole source to K&R Software. The NAICS (North American Industrial Classification) code is 541511 with a size standard of $25.5 million. This requirement is for a database subscription and the maintenance of the Telecommunication Management System (TMS) hardware and software.
