- AGAR 452.209-70 70 REPRESENTATION BYCORPORATIONS REGARDINGAN UNPAID DELINQUENT TAX LIABILITYORAFELONYCONVICTION (DEVIATION 2012-01) (FEB 2012) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number AG-81J8-S13-003 is issued as a Request for Quote. (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. (iv) This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 333111 and the small business size standard is 500 employees or less. (v) The USDA, ARS, Arid-Land Agricultural Research Center requires quantity 2 (two) Belt Cone Assembly, as follows: Wintersteiger Row/Plotseed XL, Distributor head, 9 Rows Part#2859, Manual lifting lever to lift the filling funnel Part #2878, Large belt cone preassembled with filling funnel and rotoseed, need to add distributor head and lifting mechanism, Y1 ZEROMAX part#1017.0006.00. (vii) Delivery to the USDA-ARS, 48037 Tubbs Ranch Road, Adams, Oregon 97810. (viii) A statement that the provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) A statement regarding the applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used. (x) A statement advising offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. (xi) A statement that the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause.
