AMENDMENT NOTICE:This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is M62974-13-T-3003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-69. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325211 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2013-08-27 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be MCAS Yuma, AZ 85369 The USMC - Camp Pendleton requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Soil Stabilizer and Dust Control Agent with the following salient characteristics: 1. Biogradable. 2. Stabilize all soils from dust and erosion. 3. Easy to apply and dries transparent/clear. 4. Non Hazardous, Non-corrosive safe for all equipment. 5. Non-Slippery safe to walk and drive on. 6. Non-Regulated for transporation (Land/Ocean/Air), environmentally safe, dyes pigments can be added for color, human, animal, marine life and vegetation safe. 7. Water resistance, Non-Transferable, Non-Leaching, Ultraviolet ray resistance. 8. Non-Dissipating, alkaline soil resistance, self mixes with water for diluting. 9. PM 10 PM2.5 compliant. CLIN 001 to be delivered to: GySgt Coffman MAWTS-1 Warehouse Bldg 530 MCAS Yuma, AZ 85369 The preferred method of delivery is in 250-300 gallon totes. **Due to various state and federal environmental regulations vendors MUST submit a list of ingredients contained in their product.
