- N62645-13-T-0033 RFP INFORMATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items and services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Also, this acquisition is being conducted under FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is N62645-13-T-0033. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP). This is not a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocation Systems (DPAS). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov/ This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis and all qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a proposal.
