PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The following proposed contract action is for a firm fixed price contract award with the Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, MD 20899. Solicitation # SB1341-13-RQ-0859 Solicitation Title: New Vacuum Pumps for BLDG 227 at NIST NAICS CODE: 238220 Small Business Set-Aside: Yes, Total Small Business Set-Aside NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) is seeking an eligible company to purchase and install a new oil bath vacuum pump system in the basement of Building 227 at NIST in Gaithersburg, MD. The contractor will demo the existing pumps and place the new pumps on the existing pad. A site visit will be held for this requirement after the solicitation is released.
