- Solicitation number VA786-12-R-0372 This Presolicitation Notice is issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, to provide all labor, parts, equipment, supplies, transportation and personnel requited to provide headstone cleaning services at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Riverside, CA. As a SDVOSB, you are required to complete the Veterans Online Business Registry (VETBIZ) registration at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and all awardees must be registered at the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email to Joselito Roman, Contracting Officer, at Joselito.Roman@VA.Gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about August 26, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., September 09, 2013. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments.
