- No Description ProvidedReference: BOA N00383-13-G-001N Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia entered into a two-year sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Kollsman Inc., (89944), Merrimack, NH on 28 November 2012 for the repair of the Night Targeting System Upgrade (NTSU) in support of the H-1 Helicopter (NIIN: 016004497, 015732091, 015731814, 015730435, 015726563). A sole source Justification & Approval (J&A) citing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," was approved on 28 November 2012. This is not a small business set-aside. The anticipated ceiling amount for this agreement was $15.9 million within the two year ordering period. The government intends to continue issuing Delivery Orders on a sole source basis to Kollsman Inc., under this BOA N00383-13-G-001N for the duration of the two years. The applicable NAICS code is 336413. Responses to this notice of intent shall be submitted to NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, Attn: Ms. Olga Maksimchuk, Contract Negotiator, Code (0233.17), 700 Robbins Ave, Bldg 1, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
