- Description
- The Congressional Budget Office has a requirement for a contractor to provide services in support of Information Security and Cyber Security for monitoring of security-related incidents. The Contractor shall provide Information Security Engineers to assist the CBO Cyber Security team with monitoring Cyber systems to include Security Event Information Manager (SIEM), Full Packet Capture System, Data Loss System, Network Behavioral Analysis, Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, memory Capture Systems, and other cyber-related products as needed. This acquisition is a full and open competition. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this contract. CBO’s ability to award a contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated FY2014 funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Amendment 001, issued August 26, 2013: Due date for quotes is extended 1 week, to September 4, 2013. Q&As are forthcoming.
