- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 to HYPACK, Inc to provide an annual maintenance subscription for Hydrographic Survey Software. HYPACK, Inc. is the sole source provider of these services. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Information will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $35.5M.
