Furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, etc to repair/service any door not working as designed at any time a failure occurs. Contractor response time to emergency service is within four (4) hours during normal work hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM- Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Provide semi-annual prevention maintenance on all doors listed below. Preventive maintenance service will include necessary adjustments and repairs to ensure that doors are operating properly and safely in accordance with the American National Standard. Contractor representative will sign in and out each service call in Building 13, Engineering Service. Contractor representative will provide Engineering Service C.O.R. a copy of the service report after each service call or preventative maintenance visit.
