- This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. A Small Business Set-Aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF) for Potable Water System Operation, Maintenance, and Testing Services at Sam Rayburn, TX. The solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about September 5, 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 221310, Potable Water System Operation Services and a business size standard of $7 million. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to effectively perform potable water system operation, maintenance at Sam Rayburn Reservoir, Texas. The Period of Performance will be 1 Base period and two option periods, 1 October 2013 thru 30 September 2016. Estimated cost of project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
