- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: GPS Filters, L1/L2; 0 dB; 5.5V; Coaxial; P/N: 310-025016-001, Qty 35 Each. This requirement is sole sourced to: API Technology Corporation, PO BOX 644855 Pittsburgh, PA 15264-4855 as the only available source to meet the functional requirements, form and fit for the application of this unit. The drawings associated with this unit are proprietary to API Technology Corp and are not available for public release. Any firms believing that they can provide the GPS Filters may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
