- This is a Notice of Intent that the Government intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to Crater Criminal Justice Academy to provide police officer training at their Academy. This training includes basic, advanced, specialized and in-service law enforcement training. This requirement is sole-source because Crater offers the training that is recognized as providing the level of competency required and they are located within the local proximity of the Defense Supply Center Richmond.
