- Price Evaluation List and Potential items to be added. Draft Synopsis Pr Number : IQC13057009032 FSC: 5340 Nomenclature: Low Security Padlock Items RFP Due Date: October 1, 2013 1:00 PM EST Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures IAW FAR Subpart12.6. This procurement is for a two year base period. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for one additional year. Offered prices will be applied to the two year base period. EPA will be applied to offered prices to determine prices for option period only. This procurement is for 38 Price Evaluated List Items and 75 items have the potential to be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5340-00-291-4204 Items are Fully Competitive This acquisition is being solicited on an Unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum that is applicable to the base period and any subsequent option period Delivery is as follows: 90 days. The clauses included herein, whether in full text or by reference, may apply to items added to the resultant contract(s) and do not apply to the 38 NSNs that are to be priced (unless they are invoked): •· Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements •· First Article Test (F.A.T.) requirements •· Source Inspection requirements All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: 2013 NOV 30. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being more important than price.
