- Description
- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii) (B), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements to Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems Corp., 2340 Dulles Corner Boulevard, Herndon, Virginia 20171-3415 to procure services in support of the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC). The Contractor is responsible for providing Information Operations Systems Engineering, Integration, Operations, Scientific, Program Management, Technical and Administrative Support Services. This action will result in a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract with a period of performance from 24 September 2013 thru 23 January 2014; Contract amount is $1,687,872.00. A copy of the signed J&A, for limited competition will be posted within 14 days after contract award in accordance with FAR 6.305 (a), Availability of the justification. The follow-on contract will be competitively awarded. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements.
