Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to UNICOR for FURNITURE for the WASHINGTON NATIONAL GUARD. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because UNICOR is the required federal source of supply.
