- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice. The Coatesville VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for the upgrade of its Hill-Rom Nurse Call System from the current 3.4.x version to the NCM 5.0 version. The upgrade is required because the current version will soon be rendered obsolete and not supported by Hill-Rom. The Coatesville VAMC anticipates award of this contract no later than September 30, 2013. This is a total 100% small business set-aside and an exact match requirement. The electronic solicitation will be available for download from the Federal Business Opportunities website on August 28, 2013. Electronic or hardcopy quotations are acceptable.
