- Performance Work Statement The responsibility of the Contractor is to design, plan, coordinate, organize, nmanage and perform the removal of a deer fence, installation of a deer fence, the planting of Elderberry plants and maintenance of the site, located at Goethe East Mitigation Atrea (GEMA) for 1 base year and two option periods. The work also includes watering, weeding and mowing of the site for the base and the option years.
