This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a small business set aside. Therefore, only quotes submitted from small businesses will be accepted. This solicitation is a "request for quotations (RFQ).". The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-67. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Food and Drug Administration, CDRH Branch located at 10903 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20993, requires a high efficient, low noise portable NIR (1060) picosecond pulsed laser.
