Redacted Brand Name Justification Transportation Data This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. Solicitation/Purchase Request Number FA8307-13-Q-0096 issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-67 effective 22 Jul 2013, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20130710, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2013-0327. The Air Force Life Cycle management Center, Cryptologic Systems Contracting Division (HNCK), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of: 70 (EA) Duress Alarm Panic Switches, P/N: 902476-1, MSN: 5930-ND-022-84IJ, OEM: Northrop Grumman The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing, which has a small business size standard of 750; FAR 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2012). Delivery requirements are 90 days after receipt of order. Award will be made on "all" or "none" basis. Please include shipping in the unit price on your quote and not as a separate line item.
