NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, it is the intent of the Government to make a Brand Name Award for Synergy Enterprise Content ManagementTM software, for software maintenance, license upgrades, software patches, and end-user training to: Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. 663 HWY 60 Monett, MO 65708-8215 The software is proprietary to Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., and there are no resellers. The Synergy Enterprise Content ManagementTM software is essential to the Government's requirements, thereby precluding consideration of a product manufactured by another company. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipate award date on or before October 1, 2013.
