- Price Schedule Sheet Solicitation to RFP FQ14018. The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide IT Consulting Services. A pre-proposal conference will be held September 13, 2013. If you have any questions, Technical, Contractual, or Administrative, please e-mail them to cmoore2@wmata.com no later than Close of Business, September 16, 2013. If an amendment is issued resulting from questions and answers, it will be posted on our website. Your proposal must be received with all required submittals as stated in the RFP, no later than 12:00PM, October 8, 2013, at WMATA, Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 3C-02, Washington, DC 20001-2651.
