This is for the VAMC in Bedford MA - Base Year 10/1/2013 - 9/30/2014, 2277, Liter; LI 003: Oxygen Cylinder Rental - Base Year 10/1/2013 - 9/30/2014 this shall be done in accordance with the Scope of Work in the RFQ. This is for the VAMC in Bedford MA, 1500, EA; LI 004: Deliver Liquid Nitrogen every two weeks to the Haverhill CBOC. Base Year 10/1/2013 - 9/30/2014. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at www.fedbid.com. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, VHA NCO 01 - 689 - West Haven, CT intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
