- Description
- CPFF IDIQ awards were made to Altarum Institute(N00189-13-D-Z041), Deloitte Consulting, LLC (N00189-13-D-Z042) and Kennell and Associates (N00189-13-D-Z043). Evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP stated that the Government intended to award contracts to the responsible offerors whose proposals represented the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors in the solicitation. Non-price was considered more important than price. The non price factors were Performance Approach, Corporate Experience, Past Performance and Socio-Economic Plan. Performance Approach was more important than Corporate Experience and Past Performance. Performance Approach, Corporate Experience and Past Performance are all significantly more important than Socio-Economic Plan. Altarum Institute, Deloitte Consulting, and Kennell and Associates represented the best values to the Government after evaluation in accordance with the Request for Proposal.
