- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, AZ, has a requirement for five brand name or equal SKB Kodiak rolling racks, 3SKB-R910U24, Shock Mount Rack cases. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to request quotes from vendors to deliver the item stated in the schedule of the attached solicitation document in accordance with the stated salient characteristics. Please see attached solicitation document for all characteristics/specifications and requirements of this acquisition. Please be sure to read all sections and instructions carefully and completely. All required documentation and information must be received prior to solicitation closing. Non-compliance with any of the instructions in the attached solicitation document may result in rejection of your offer. The Government intends to award based upon quotes/proposals as received. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 339999 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Pursuant to FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, the Government will award a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation on an all or none basis to the lowest priced offer that meets or exceeds all the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The solicitation number is W91RUS-13-T-0390. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Quotes/Proposals shall be submitted electronically via email to Karen Flynn, karen.l.flynn5.civ@mail.mil, NOT LATER THAN 1:00PM local AZ TIME on 6 September 2013. Any questions need to be provided electronically via email to the above named individual PRIOR to the closing time and date of this solicitation.
