- SB1341-13-RQ-0886 The Center for Nanoscale Science and Technology (CNST) at the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) is issuing this solicitation for the purchase of a an automated loadlock upgrade for an existing sputtering tool to support nanofabrication in the Center for Nanoscale Science and Technology (CNST), NIST's nanotechnology user facility. The system will be sited and used in the CNST NanoFab as a shared resource accessible to researchers from industry, academia, NIST, and other Government agencies.
