Description

The requirement is for preventive and remedial maintenance service of the Sweeper and scrubber equipment described below. The period of performance shall be from 01 Oct 2013 or date of award through 30 September 2014 with 3 Option periods. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 - Perform preventive maintenance on a monthly basis on the following and scrubber and sweeper equipment: 0001AA- Windsor Saber Model SC324D1, S/N 10052390000-187 0001AB- Windsor Saber Model SC324D1, S/N 10052390000-188 0001AC- Windsor Saber Model SC324D1, S/N 10052390000-189 0001AD- Windsor Saber Model SC324D1, S/N 10052390000-190 0001AE- Minuteman, Model ES32DQP, S/N 11090088 0001AF- Minuteman, Model ES32DQP, S/N 11090089 0001AG- Minuteman, Model ES32DQP, S/N 11090146 0001AH- Minuteman, Model ES32DQP, S/N 11090147 0001AJ- Minuteman, Model ES32DQP, S/N 11090148 0001AK- Billy Goat Model VQ802SPH, S/N 50802046 0001AL- Billy Goat Model VQ802SPH, S/N 61202160 0001AM- Billy Goat Model VQ802SPH, S/N 61202162 Prices proposed for CLIN 0001 shall include all costs and fees. The Contractor shall respond within 24 to 48 hours of notification. The Contractor will be paid hourly rate. Hourly rate for unscheduled on-call repairs: Perform unscheduled repairs and services (Per-Call Maintenance) billed at _____per hour. CLIN 0003 - Government-approved materials/parts used for repairs in connection with CLIN 0002 shall be billed at contractor's cost.
