- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested for the required items and no written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-66 effective Friday, April 1, 2013; Defense DPN 20130419 effective 19 April 2013, and AFAC 2013-0327 effective 27 March 2013. This is a small business set-aside under NAICS 334519 Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing. The MANSCEN Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA) has a requirement to purchase Trimble Surveying Instruments. NOTE: This Brand Name Only (Trimble) All items shall be shipped to Fort. Leonard Wood, MO. Fort Leonard Wood requires the following: Line Item 0001: Trimble, GPS-S Survey Set (ESTK) Quantity - 4 Extended Warranty: S3 Auto lock Total Station Package TSC2 Master Model: S#TSC@K-11, GPS with Warranty and Total Station Type of Contract: The government anticipates a single award of a firm-fixed-price.
