- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912LA-13-T-7006, SAVI Technologies RFID Tracking System Expansion, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69, effective 1 August 2013. Award will be made without negotiation. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses with the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541512; the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this code is $25,500,000. The California Air National Guard intends to purchase equipment and supplies in order to expand an existing SAVI Technologies (brand) RFID tracking system at Moffett Federal Airfield. This is a Brand Name or Equivalent requirement; offerors submitting quote mark equivalent quote mark equipment shall be responsible for demonstrating interoperability. All items under this solicitation shall be delivered to the 129th Rescue Wing, Moffett Federal Airfield, California. The following contract line item numbers (CLINs) are anticipated. Each CLIN should be priced independently and on a net basis (i.e., the sum of all items indicated for that CLIN). CLIN 0001 (Priced) -- Create Cargo Deployment Function (CDF). All parts, pieces, and equipment necessary to create a deployable, five (5) station cargo deployment function (CDF). CDF must be capable of tracking RFID tags attached to cargo as it enters and processes through the CDF. System must interface with the standardized US Air Force cargo tracking system (CMOS) to document entry to/exit from military transportation system. System should consist of five (5) each scanners: two (2) at the entrance with four additional, single scanners to be located at remaining stations (i.e., weight/scale, inspection, and CDF exit). Two (2) each hand-held scanners should be provided for frustrated cargo. CLIN 0002 (Priced) -- Power supply for SAVI Technologies brand, SDS-2002 model docking station. CLIN 0003 (Option) -- Create Second CDF. At the Government's option, purchase one (1) additional CDF; this is a duplicate of CLIN 0001. CLIN 0004 (Option) -- Two (2) each, docking stations for encoding RFID tags. CLIN 0005 (Option) -- Two (2) each, software and licenses for management software for installation onto Government-provided computers. CLIN 0006 (Priced) -- One (1) day, initial setup and training.
