Description

This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for the Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 16, to obtain Siemens Private Box Exchange (PBX) Phone System Upgrade services throughout the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System. These locations are: 1555 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA 70112-3704 2237 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA 70119-7561 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119-6535 4820 Anselmo Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70810-1101 The services performed must meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Department of Veterans Affairs regulations and policies. The contract start date is anticipated to be 16 September 2013. The North American Industrial Classification system Code is 517911 and the size standard of 1,500 employees. The entire solicitation will only be on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov from 28 August 2013 through 11 September 2013. Paper copies will not be issued. The award will be made based on Trade Offs utilizing Technical Evaluations. The contractor's proposal shall include a price section and a technical section. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. If the Government decides to award with discussions, the contractor will be notified as soon as possible, and asked to provide additional information. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB)Small Business Set-aside. All responsible Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses may submit a proposal to be considered. In addition, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to this solicitation.
