- Redacted Request for Proposal GSC-QF0B-13-32733 Notice of Intent The Government intends to award a sole source contract, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, ' Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements', to a contractor to provide the services as stated in the attached redacted Request for Proposal. The name of the agency, the contractor and other information has been redacted from the documents due the sensitivity of the requirement. In order to review the non-redacted Request for Proposal, an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (Section J, Attachment D) must be sent to Millicent Hawkins, Contract Specialist, at millicent.hawkins@gsa.gov. To be considered, all interested parties shall provide technical documentation describing their capability to meet the technical requirements as stated, terms and conditions and a complete price quote. This documentation must be sent to millicent.hawkins@gsa.gov no later than September 9, 2013 at 11:00 am EDT.
