Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network 10, (VISN 10) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Barnett & Ramel, Inc., 7154 N. 16 Street, Omaha, NE 68112. This proposed contract action is for Prescription Eyeglasses and Fabrication Services. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (2) as implemented by FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued
