- The DOE/EERE requirement for Technical Development (TD) Support Services has not been cancelled. Only the acquisition strategy has changed. The procurement will remain 100% set aside for SBA certified 8(a) entities. The requirement will now be procured utilizing GSA Federal Supply Schedule 874, Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS). The sevices will not be procured using the Professional Engineering Services (PES) schedule. Please continue to monitor FedBizOps/FedConnect and GSA Advantage! eBuy for information regarding the TD requirements.
