Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate sole source commercial item procurement with MEDRAD INTERVENTIONAL for delivery of the ANIOJET ULTRA SYSTEM. This equipment/system is being procured for use at the W.G. Hefner VAMC, in Salisbury NC. Delivery for this equipment is 30 days ARO (after receipt of order). This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 4:30 p.m., September 5, 2013 EST to: benetta.northern@va.gov or Fax: 757-728-3132. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The NAICS CODE IS 334510 with a size standard of 500 employees.
