Small Business Curriculum Development Synopsis of RFP No. HQ0034-13-R-0152 Small Business Course Curriculum Development _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ This acquisition is being solicited in accorance with FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as appropriate for this particular acquisition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation Number HQ0034-13-R-0152 is issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Small Business Course Curriculum Development in accordance with the Performance Work Statement included in solicitation HS0034-13-R-0152. A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-69, dated 31 August 2013. The Washington Headquarter Services anticipates issuing a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. HQ0034-13-R-0152 is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS 611430 for Professional and Management Development Training. NAICS Code 611430 has a Standard Size of $10 M. ITEM No. Schedule of Supplies/Services/Quantity/Unit CLIN 0001, Course Curriculum Development: Base Year, 09/30/2013, 6 Months The vendor shall furnish all personnel and services and otherwise all thing necessary to or incidental to performing and providing services describe in the PWS. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and the addenda to the provision. FAR212-1, addenda and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -Commercial Items is tailored and are included under RFP No. HQ0034-13-0152. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition, is tailored, and is contained in the attached RFP No. HQ0034-13-R-0152. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition and is included by reference under RFP No. HQ0034-13-R-0152 FAR 52.212.5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this soliciatation. Additional FAR provisions and clauses are included by reference and in full text in RFP. No. HQ0034-13-R-0152 that are applicable to this acquisition. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 a.m. local time on September 18, 2013. Questions regarding this RFP are due no later than 10:00 a.m. local time on September 6, 2013.
