- To whom it may concern: The Army Nation Guard intents to Sole Source ceremonial bugles, inserts, and mouth pieces to S&D Consulting International Limited for Military Funeral Honors Ceremonial Bugles sets (24), programmable inserts (17), and mount pieces (4). All items must be compatible with the Ceremonial Bugle products. Must be brand name or equal, if this is not the case contractor must be submit detailed specifications to demonstrate equal. Please provide the pricing for items including delivery. Delivery shall be within 30 days of award. Delivery Address (FOB Destination) 2302 Militia Jefferson City MO 65101-1203 Interested parties must contact CPT Scott Chandler via email (scott.a.chandler.mil@mail.mil) no later than Wednesday, 4, SEP 2013, 1030hr (10:30 AM). The American Ceremonial Bugle, Nickel silver 17 inch bugle, silver insert that plays quote mark Taps quote mark and other calls*, and hard shell carry case. The Ceremonial Bugle must have an electronic insert that enables an individual to quote mark symbolically quote mark play Taps. The insert must fit in the bugle opening. The insert should slide snugly deep into the bugle's bell. The device plays a high-quality recorded version of Taps. The Ceremonial Bugle operates on two 9 volt batteries. The US Ceremonial Bugle with a nickel-silver finish with a hard shell carry case. The insert must have a least now has two user modes. 1) Taps only mode. 2) Multi-call mode. (8 individual calls pre-programmed)The setting for the multi-call function will allow you to add and remove calls with the included USB cable. With the ability to edit the ten play lists that are stored on the insert.
