Description
The U.S. Government currently occuipes office and related space in a building under lease in Long Beach, CA and the current Lease Expires: 08/16/2014. The Government requires office and related space yeilding a minimum of 4439 ABOA and a maximum of 4660 ABOA. The Lease term requirement is for (Term: 10 years / 5 Years FIRM). The space must be available for occupancy by 08/17/2014, The Delineated area is as follows: North: West 7th Street West: Long Beach Freeway East: Alamitos Ave. South: Shoreline Drive Other applicable requirements include the following features: Proximity to public transportation, Overnight parking of 13 Government vehicles The Government is interested in considering alternative space, only if it would be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentialy can satisfy the Governements requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocationing and office space.
